1 18" X 44" rest mat (plastic OR cloth)  PLEASE NO EXTRA LARGE MATS  

1 SMALL blanket/beach towel labeled with child’s name
1 King-sized pillow case, labeled with child's name. (We
place the pillowcase over the mat, like a bedsheet)
1 ZIP bag with spare clothing - labeled with child’s name

1 box of tissues, as we run out, I'll request more

1 pair of kid-sized headphones (not earbuds)
12 6 grams glue sticks - washable
5 boxes of crayons-24 count (preferably Crayola)  
3 packages of Magic Erasers

Ziploc bags are as follows:
(boys) 2 boxes each of gallon (not the ones with the standup bottoms or stay open design ones)

Regular sized Backpack-large enough to hold a folder (no wheels, please)
1 pair of kid-sized scissors (Fiskars style - left-handed, if applicable)
1 change of clothes for warm days and 1 change of clothes for cold days in a labeled gallon-size bag (bottoms, top, underwear, and socks)
